Although Rixent is not legally required under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to our current size and registration outside the UK, we voluntarily adopt the principles set out in the Act. This reflects our commitment to integrity, ethical governance, and sustainable business conduct across all regions where we operate.
Rixent provides professional risk advisory, governance, and business continuity consulting services. We do not manufacture goods or operate in high-risk labour sectors. Our supply chains are limited and primarily consist of professional services, technology providers, and business support functions.
Despite the low-risk nature of our sector, we recognise that modern slavery can occur at any level of global supply chains. Accordingly, we apply proportionate due diligence to suppliers, partners, and associates to ensure that they share our commitment to ethical labour standards.

We raise awareness among our staff and associates about the risks of modern slavery and the importance of ethical procurement and business relationships. Our leadership team ensures that Rixent’s culture promotes transparency, accountability, and respect for human rights.
Rixent encourages employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report any concerns related to potential modern slavery or unethical practices. Reports can be made confidentially, and we will investigate and take appropriate action in every case.
We recognise that addressing modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility. Rixent reviews this statement annually and considers ways to strengthen our due diligence, monitoring, and engagement with suppliers.
